The outstretched arms demonstrate the hope of expectation and anticipation that will let our dreams come true. The exaggerated body appears to be classical but also has a modern shape at the same time. Its simple lines and intrinsic temperament express the bashfulness and plain mind, giving visitors a boundless space of thinking.

Born in Tainan City, Taiwan, 1941, Kuo, Winland entered the sculpture studio of Chang, Chen, the art teacher in National Tainan Second Senior High School, in 1958. He received the Design Award of Golden Hand Award of Ten Outstanding Young Persons in 1965, worked in Taip...More
