in front of the entrance of Engineering Science Dept., Cheng-Kung Campus.

The sculpture uses characteristics from classic Buddha statues such as the round face, full eyelids, dented shadow as eyebrows, and smiling lips to create a Buddha like never before. This Buddha-like figure does not have a body but uses both hands to support the head in a gesture like deep thinking for the meaning of life. This sculpture is meant for viewers to slow down and ponder while walking in the busy campus to have a peace of mind.
